The pork belly was sauced with some bullseye and turned out like candy.

The roast was smoked at 225F for four hours, then wrapped in foil, apple juice and cook temp increased to about 300F. When internal hit 165F she was taken off. It rested for two hours as work finished up. Life is good boys.

I just got my blood results back and my triglycerides are a tad high so I'm goin full on Atkins/keto diet to bring that down. Told my doc to stuff her statins 🙂

I hate md's how they push pills...have to find another do
 
The pork belly is quite fatty, almost like thick chunks of bacon. I just slow cooked it right on the grill until the fat rendered. Once she was off the grill I tossed it with a light coat of sauce.
 
I ate a couple hotdogs, some baked beans with Kroger private selection Decadent Gouda Mac & Cheese, it's now my favorite from a box Mac and Cheese, the sauce is pretty good and the pasta is exceptional, it's bronze die cut and it must be dried more low and slow than the bags of private selection pasta you can buy, below is a comparison of the pipettes included with the private selection mac and next to it is a noodle from a bag of bronze cut Private selection penne.

Hot sausage sandwich. Helped my friend “cowboy” Dale Aaron fix his homemade log splitter and split about half cord of cherry and maple firewood. He’s working at our new farm store also. Great friend
