Auto r-x is an ester, son of alcohol and acid (you can call it soap as well like Dove). What makes you think that regular oil does not have such a compound. I will be afraid of distrubing chemistry of oils, since oils are a collection of incompatible compounds, which are suspended with a lot of balancing. Do not upset this balance.
