VRP FSC has made it to Walmart. Today 6/20/2026 in Charlotte NC.
Good to know next time I need some. ~$1 cheaper than AZ.
I'll be putting about a bottle and some extra in my Legacy tank next week before a long drive.

Will be select Wal-Mart stores that are featuring the world cup endcap with Valvoline oil and additives not all stores. Just an FYI! If you go on Wal-Marts site you can shop stores near you and it will let you know where it is available.
I bought some from WalMart.com for $11.97 the other day. I was wondering when it would popup in stores.
EDIT: it was delivered from a local store with my order of the VRP oil, but I don’t know which one.
It really is wild to me how Valvoline not only discovered this additive, but it also turns out to be pretty cheap as well.
I might try the VRP FSC followed by some PEA cleaner before this next oil change coming up.

Patiently awaiting for Walmart Canada to sell this product in our Canadian stores.
Yesterday I emailed a Valvoline Oil change shop in my city inquiring if they sell it and/or if they could contact Valvoline head office on my behalf to find out if any plans to sell it in Canada), but they do not stock it and could not be of any help at all other then to say '' Sorry, we don't carry this product''. So much for customer service .
I have a hunch that IF/when Valvoline decides to sell it, it will not be $11.97. More likely $17-$19 Cnd.
Similar to the Valvoline R&P oil. It only began selling here at Cnd Tire and then Walmart last year around July.
At $59.99 per 5 liter jug. I bought it on sale last October for $44 or $47, I forget exact price.
This oil change I will buy the MotoMaster OEPLUS Domestic Premium 5W30 Synthetic Engine/Motor Oil, 5-L at $40.99 = approx. $46 with the taxes.
Next on my list was the Valvoline Maxlife ATF , but after 5 months of price checking, it never is on sale andt asking $55 for a 5 liter jug/ $63 incl. taxes........
Lastly, Walmart Canada stores kinda suck. Depressing to compare our Vancouver Walmarts to say...San Diego or Seattle Walmarts.
So much more variety, choices, products to buy in the American Walmarts. And better prices.
Over here, Walmart got rid of the automotive component of their stores. Used to go into Walmart, check out car batteries,head light bulbs, large selection of motor /Tranny fluids, automotive accessories, etc. Now just a small pathetic section for automotive supplies, a few wiper blades, a bottle of wax, vehicle air fresheners. Heck, I think the 7-11 sells more automotive stuff then our Walmarts.
Also got rid of the locations with oil change service, I think they sold and installed tires. I forget if they did any real mechanical repairs, I just went there back in the day for a cheapo oil change service.
I sure wish the Autozone/O'Reillys/ Advanced Auto parts would cross the border and open up shop here.
Napa kinda sucks, I use them as a last resort. Overpriced and their online website is unreliable with what they really have in stock at the local stores.
We do have a large Canadian auto parts store called Lordco that originated here in my part of Canada, which ain't bad for what they sell. But nothing compares to the American retailers, for the choices and the prices.

ahhh, nice. ARe you working for Valvoline?
I'm basically using it as a mid-OCI cleaner now with prioritizing PEA only the tank or 2 at the end of an interval for my perceived definition of optimal.
