Used Maverick..

I never heard anything positive about Ramsey. A guy who worked for me bought a pickup from them before Covid. They milked him.
I should have ordered 4 Mavericks early on.

I'm confused the monorney says 27k and change...is this a typo?? ;) and i see you have about 2 miles before your tank runs dry....

If the dealer manages to sell it for some 'excessive' price to a willing buyer, is it really our place to get worked up over it? Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head here, it's really not 'our' business or problem.

No it isn't but this forum is for conversation and entertainment.

PT Barnum must own that Ford “stealership”!

FWIW my brother ordered a new baby Bronco and just got the build sheet last week for the production. They seem to be on schedule with a little under a three month wait. It should be a pretty cool car; Area 51 Blue with the Big Bend option package. He's paying MSRP plus $250 processing, taxes, title fee, etc. No deals but no price gouging on a special order either. This is at a dealer in Gassaway, West Virginia.

This reminds me of CarMax.
I sold a SUV to them last week.
Three this year. They pay too much and I see maybe a dozen of employees doing nothing and I never see many car sales.

Now most buyers I have seen are usually women and not car savvy at all. One lady with her mother tried out a few suv's and the criteria was how easy did the stroller fit.

Others seem to think CarMax is a special buying experience where all vehicles are certified good to go and fully refurbished to new... Just what i saw...

The salesperson I dealt with seemed to think the party isn't ending anytime soon...

5600 miles.....? It will sell. There are people on waiting lists for new ones and a small % of those folks will pony-up on impulse.

Says who a car is your worst investment? Used car market over the past few years can be any better of an investment.
We are not in normal times. When new cars become available-used cars pricing will soften and many who bought them during the pandemic will be underwater on their loans.

Yeah when used cars tank it will be hard seeing them go for nothing compared to today.. 2.5 years ago nobody really wanted my C Max for $7 k.
I sold it a few months ago with 20k more miles on it for $19k...this ain't the real world...
