Ah hah I see. I was mistaken about your request for a tool to do the clearance, not to get to a point to do the clearance check. I knew that Honda had one, sure Suzuki would aswell.
Can you do the inspection and adjustment whilst taking off the TB? Maybe that is for a reason....taking of the TB, perhaps for cleaning or some other inspection?
No doubt that the throttle body could use cleaning, but it barely runs at the moment.
Gas tank was full of rust and I cleaned that out. Fuel pump wire was smashed and I repaired that. I wanted to check the valves before I put the gas tank back on. If I end up having to pull the injectors off for cleaning, I may do the TB at the same time.

This issue seems to be resolved, but these wrench adapters for sockets are cheap and can be handy to have as well:
