Is this oil any good? It seams that dollar tree is not carrying my high moly citgo oil anymore. they have replaced it with the phillips 66 trop artic. I did some searches not much comes up.

From what I've heard around here, it is VERY good. Look for the 10w-30 to become a 50% synthetic blend, just like the 5w-30 is now. This statistic is from a Phillips lab tech. They planned to start blending the 10w-30 by 3/1/05 if not sooner, just allow time for it to get to your local stores. 1.12 per qt at walmart now.
It's a decent oil. I think in this case the GF-4 is going to be better. This is probably what is on the dollar tree shelf

Working in their Bartlesville, OK backyard this week, and the Walmart here has a separate display area for the Trop Arctics. $1.08/qt. for the 5W-30 syn blend. Sweeeeeeeeet!
