Trop Artic in Dodge Dakota

Made the switch in my daughter's 1995 Dodge Dakota with the V8. I will now be running Trop Artic 5w30 for 5,000 mile intervals. I think this oil is up to the challenge. What say you?

My 97 Dakota owner's manual specs 10W-30 over 32 F and 5W-30 under 32 F. I guess this is how the used to spec oil.
