TGMO 0W-16 SN was GTL, but TGMO 0W-16 SP has been downgraded to petroleum-based Group III. However, they don't show POE in MSDS, and TGMO is known to have high POE content. Perhaps the SP version makes up for the lower-VI Group III with more POE. The Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) oxidation number would easily tell.
