I am aware of markings on the bottle being significant so I recorded them.

RN6676 - blend number? I believe this is a Mobil thing.

10225B28A - manufacturing lot number?

Looks similar to the 0w20 SP VOA from the ROC.

It would be interesting to see a coefficient of friction test between this oil and one using Infineum/Trinuclear. Seems like Toyota prioritized friction reduction over piston deposit reduction.

Some notable comments:
"NOACK mass evaporation (burn) = 11.45%
Additive package, most likely Afton Hitec, specially designed as the original for Toyota Motor co. There is a lot of organic molybdenum to reduce the coefficient of friction, additional protection against wear and increase the efficiency of the engines. Detergent neutralizing additives are detergents based on calcium + magnesium. This oil is indeed API SP, reducing the likelihood of LSPI detonation, in modern engines equipped with direct injection. A lot of boron is an ashless dispersant. And anti-wear additives based on phosphorus and zinc. The additive package is rich, it completely coincides with the original Toyota oils, which were previously brought to us from Japan.

Conclusion: Genuine Toyota oil, just made in another factory in the UAE. Everything is done exactly according to the recipe. Viscosity is normal. The additive package is the same. It belongs to the category of very economical 0W-20. Suitable for use in hybrids. Good low-temperature performance. The pour point is as much as -55C."

Thank you for sharing this! I created a 16 grade tab in the VOA Database just for this report. Can you confirm with the lab that oxidation is actually 0? I've never seen that. At a minimum, I've seen a result of 5, with some Euro oils getting up in the 30s-40s.

Good catch! Updated result attached. VOA Oxidation value of 12.0. That seems more normal.

looks like boron and moly "force" to cover protetion.

lower ca,mg,P

more thin, more moly + boron = more expensive

More of the additives to make up for the inferior base oil. That's what it is. The most overrated oil. I used to buy a case of 6 quarts for $38 from parts.toyota.com. It is not that expensive, dealers make it so.
It is not a bad oil, it is a very good oil, it is just not some out of the world oil because it has 800 ppm of archaic flavor of Moly.
