Toyota (Finally) Unveils Big EV Plans

But some are… my daughter isn’t even that.
That's why seats can move forward and upwards. They need to have seat frames that go lower and further back.

Very true. When I was looking at the HAH, I couldn’t buy the one with a sunroof because there wasn’t enough headroom. I also couldn’t fit in my MIL’s Camry with sunroof because of the lack of headroom. And I’m only 6’4.
When my aunt was car shopping in 2016, the Accord was nice but she wanted an EX-L, which would have had to have a sunroof and my head was in the roof as well.

Yeah, I know I drive 3 F150's, and yes, I kind of hate them. I'm just not a truck guy. I drive them because they work for me, can carry a load, 3 passengers in comfort and have no problem with thousands of pounds of what every I need to carry.

This constant push to put people in microscopic rolling coffins makes no sense what so ever. The idea that we make it mandatory that people must suffer is the height of insanity. There is no energy shortage and normal sized vehicles can be exceedingly efficient.

Japanese have those wacky prototype since at least the 80s. Someone in their corp ladders need a promotion and bragging right, they don't care if they make them to production and they don't care if the company lose tens of millions on those. Just a checkbox on their resume and annual review worksheet.
