Here's a Toyota 04152-YZZA5 from mom's 2015 4Runner 4.0 V6. Just over 10k. Re-installed a WIX and some NAPA 0w20. Apologies if the photo is huge. I'm trying this from my iPad for the first time.

I just pulled a Promotive (Purolator) off my 2011 RAV4 and it was slightly twisted. Yours is straight as an arrow.

It's a Napa Gold filter btw folks. Not that it really matters.

Bought both when they had their synthetic sale.

No rebates and a screaming deal for quarts IMO.

I've used Bosch,OEM, Fram, ACdelco, Napa and Carquest over the years in my 2009 vibe 1.8 and have found that the OEM under longer OCI always faired the best and they cost me about $6 from the Toyota Dealer.
