You know what happens when you play a country song backwards?

You get your wife back, your job back, your trailer back, and your dog back.

Rob Zombie was pretty good with the Devil's Rejects, creating an almost existence for the C&W duo that met up with the Firefly clan on the road

Not quite.

The "band" Banjo and Sullivan were a fictitious band who met a terrible fate in Rob Zombie's movie "The Devil's Rejects".

But in the real world, he created a CD, website, "history" etc for the duo.

The odd thing (and I love country music) is that I'm pretty sure several of these, "You're The Reason Our Kids Are Ugly," "If the Phone Don't Ring, You'll Know It's Me," and "She's Actin' Single and I'm Drinkin' Doubles," are all real songs. I'm sure about "Single/Doubles," not 100% on the others. And nos. 16 and 20 sound familiar, too.

My nominee is "The Girls All Get Prettier at Closin' Time," by Mickey Gilley!
