The Delvac 1 Jugs were originally sealed with thin foil below the cap, but we found out that this causes leaks when UPS handles it, so we put in CAPLUGS to prevent leaks

Of course, people are a lot smarter than that, and called Mobil, which obviously confirmed MIROX as not a distributor.
He never said he was a dealer, and he puts those very same caps on his own product as well. I have seen those very same caps used before as well to prevent leaks during shipping. You didn't get that the concept was to prevent leaks during shipping, especially when dealing with UPS.

I know of a few UPS guys who like to brag!! Believe me,the caps work and are needed.

Unless UPS is stomping on the bottles, dropping cinder blocks on them, driving over them....

Not to be glib, but the "Jean, Nevada" address from the MSDS doesn't seem to be any more than a intersection in the desert.

Not far off. A casino and a prison, but not much else. You drive past it in about 20 seconds on the freeway. It's several miles outside of Las Vegas so strange they have one PO box in town and out.

The google map is slightly off. The mail center is down the street some from where google takes you. Not much in the area though.

[color:#33CCFF]So in another, you can said you see all the process from basestock to bottle this in Miro bungker? or you help Miro too for blending this stuff and put a caps to bottle? or change brand M bottle to Synlube bottle?[/color]

Absolutely not. There would be no profit margin to actually selling Delvac-1 at a loss. Remember all those bottles of "Delvac" had their seals broken for "shipping" reasons. Funny how the thousands of other Mobil suppliers never had to break factory seals.

My guess? The rebottled "Delvac" that Mirox was selling in 2004 is the same stuff as SynLube. What that is, nobody has a clue.

"The Mobil Environmental and Health Sciences Laboratory has tested"

looks like data from Mobil delvac 15/40 MSDS or not

Well, it's definitely a copied Exxon-Mobil MSDS, just from one that's a few years old. It is essentially word for word, line for line, >95% identical to the Mobilith 460 MSDS, but I'm not satisfied. Perhaps this is the closest, but my gut feeling tells me with more searching one can locate an even closer one, perhaps an exact XOM motor oil MSDS from the late 90s that was copied.

Perhaps an XOM lawsuit with the copyright department?

Someone save that copy of the Synlube MSDS before Miro takes it down or changes it.

timken and agip have MSDS almost word for word the same also.

Might be that they get their PAO off mobil, and mobil let them use their MSDS info ?

Dunno.

When I started reading this thread my thoughts were the base for Synlube, at least for a while might have been the damaged Delvac-1. Just pour in the magic powder, re-label, and it magically becomes $32/bottle Synlube. Boy Oh Boy I can't wait for this VOA to come online.

But remember the spin Doctor/Doctors are hard at work with their defense, and accusations, about tainted oil and conspiracies.

BTW nice picture of the corporate head qtrs, and mfg facility.

Done.

Easy profit=

Take bottles of D1, pour it into the SynLube bottles, sell at 4x the price and then refill the D1 bottles with some Coastal and dump them on EBay.

Really, what more is needed to form a conclusion about Synlube? People use Google mapping to try to see his business and they find nothing. People even drive past locations where his business is supposed to be located and find nothing. What businessman operates like this?

The BBB of Nevada give Synlube an 'F' rating. That rating is not given to a business lightly-it has to be 'earned.' The State of Nevada revokes the business license.

And then there is all of this strange stuff with the supposed water damaged Delvac 1 which has been resealed.

Exactly how much POSITIVE information has been obtained about Synlube? Everything I have seen has been negative.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck.....

Maybe that's the electric service for the Synlube plant and refinery?

I thought the mailing address was 2961 Industrial Rd.

What's the address of Mirox Corporation, its parent company?

(I'mn starting to get a migraine keeping this all straight.)
