Supertech 5W-30 or 10W-30 for arx rinse?

Okay I decide on supertech for the rinse of auto-rx since it the cheapest and doesn't have a lot of adds that will compete with the arx, but should i use it in the 5w30 or 10w30, considering the winters here don't usually get bellow 0 degrees F but can sometimes dip to -5 degrees F they are usually in the teens and twenties in the winter though. I was thinking 10w30, but would a 5w30 be better for cold starts. I'm still 700 miles from the rinse so when i start the rinse it'll probabley be closer to winter. This is on an 2WD 88 Ford Bronco II 2.9L V6. 5w30 and 10w30 are both recommende which would be better though?

I think 10w30 would be fine if the lowest temps are around 0 degrees, I know people use it in a lot colder temps.

No question, 5w30 would be better than 10w30 in cooler temps.

Imho, 5w30, oil gets circulated better not just on startup, but also before it gets up to temp.
