Benefits of 0W

ok, now i am really curious about where you live man..
and how is your mg doing? i am interested on getting one ,looks good ,but i dont know .. Chinese quality?

Got a whole thread about it, but it's boring. It's been absolutely fine so far, and the average consumption is about 20% below the official figures. The thing I like the least is the sound quality of the radio, it's lacking in the sub bass region, so will add my own small subwoofer.

I live near Brussels

Ya I was going to mention your fill with Ravenol. I really don't see why this is such an issue. Most 0w40 are susceptible to falling out of grade simply because they lack the headroom. It's not a big deal anyways. I mean who gives a rats behind if an 0w40 temporarily shears into a heavy 30 grade. Big freaking deal.
I've given this a little thought. I'd not mind a bit of a drop with an xW-40 even to a "high 30" as that would be quite suitable for my engine, and result in a somewhat heavier oil than when using an xW-30 that starts, say, in the middle of the grade range, as I see some oils do.
