Spray tank Neutralizing cleaner

What are the ingredients of a spray tank neutralizing fluid? I use mine mainly as a weed killer. I clean it by adding tap water and shaking it to get all the surfaces then shoot it out through the sprayer and drain. Occasionally use it to spray pesticides on a vegetable garden. I just got this 15 gallon tank. Would water and an ounces or two of Dawn do the job?

I have dedicated sprayers for different sprays. I also have a garden sprayer I use for Sevin and foliar feeding.
