Spicing up my chili

Last time i made chilli i was going to use alittle of mad dogs 375 hot sauce to spice it up a little, a few drops is usually enough. Only problem was that i dropped the whole bottle in it. That spiced things up way to much... Only one thing to in that situation and that is to man up and eat it anyways, once the mouth got numb it was no problem. However the day after were not so much fun.

In another thread, I talked up turkey chili my wife made. It was actually Williams Sonoma white bean chili with Whole Foods ground turkey, shredded cheddar and sour cream. I added a couple tablespoons of Gator Hammock Gator Sauce to mine. spiced it up perfectly.
