Made beer chili

You want a 1 pot easy tasty dinner, make chili.

I am not a beer drinker but last week I cracked open a tall 25 oz can of beer while cooking dinner. Sipped a little and tonight put it in the chili.

1 lb 80/20 ground beef cooked in a pot. Remove.

Cook in pot juices, sliced carrots, celery, 1 onion, when almost done add garlic for 30 seconds then add back the beef, 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, can beer, 1 tsp salt, 1 tb cumin, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tb paprika, 2 tb chili powder, black pepper, 1 can each of beans because I had them, normally I soak dried beans overnight or pre-cook them in my electric pressure cooker, 1 can each of kidney beans, navy beans, chick peas, black beans.

Serve with cheddar cheese on top, Pillsbury baked rolls in a can, crumble some Doritos in to the soup and let soften.
