Question: What does "trace" mean? Can I assume that means they know it's their oil when they get a random sample? Not sure.
He called back. He actually got a little testy when I thanked him for calling back. He said "I told you I would."
I don't know exactly what that is for, either. Is someone counterfeiting Valvoline?
