schell 0w30 ??

ok gents another nubie question for you, was in canadian tire today ,saw a cleaernce price of seven bucks for 4 ltres of schell 0w30, come to think of it it may have been even 40 I had it in my hand, was the last one left but wasnst to sure if i should grab it or not. Could always go back and pick it up but is this good for winter or summer. My applications are 93 gmc safari(275000km or 82 chevette 109000km). Sorry for what some may think is a stupid question but Im new to the 0w oil thing.

yes, sorry for the typo, if it helps any it was an old label and said rotella on the jug, would this be considerd a hdeo?

Shell makes a 0w30 HDEO syn-blend. For a while it was sold as "Motomaster Formula 1 Synthetic Blend 0W-30", but then Canadian Tire stopped carrying it.

CT has always carried Rotella 'SB' 0W-40 HDEO.
