I personally use this one. As for pepper I buy whole peppercorns and have a pepper mill. Helps season and gives food great flavor. Occasionally I’ll use sea salt.

The shakers with the built in grinders from Sam’s Club are what I use. They last a long time and work well.
I use Morton's Lite salt and Trader Joes black pepper in small can...the lite salt has extra potassium in it...which I can use...gotta be careful with it if your kidney's arent up to snuff....ask your MD before using salt substitutes. I like salt but the ability to discern one tasting better than the other escapes me.
I use these oxo grinders and refill with bulk whole peppercorn and Himalayan pink salt.

I like the salt cause it has no dextrose which is sigar.

Pepper is the condiment of choice for me because of being on a sodium restricted diet,
However, pepper has to be freshly ground. Cannot stand the already ground up stuff served at most restaurants.

Maldon's Sea Salt Flakes. Pepper, whatever my wife picked up at the grocery store.
I do not use pink salt. The problem of heavy metal contamination was a deal breaker for me.

Costco peppercorns & Morton Kosher and regular. On a low salt diet so we don't use much anyway.
So what salt should I be buying in your opinion?
I want a rock salt that can be put in a grinder
