Hey guys

So I tried searching on this stuff and found nothing so I'm wondering if anyone has tried it yet in a passenger vehicle.
I ended up with 3 5gallon pails of it for 130 bucks each which is close to half price. I know I've got a serious problem when I just can't walk by half price oil.
So I've got it up for oil changes in my forklifts(2 now) and am considering it for my chargers summer run.
Anyway if anyone's got any info on it I'd appreciate it,and it will improve our database on the stuff since I found nothing searching.

TIA

No personal experience with it. I think this is a Canadian market only product, but here is one past thread about it...

Anyway, yeah, not a whole lot of real-life feedback in those, so it'd be interesting to see if anyone can chime in with new input.

Well what the.......

I couldn't find anything.

Thanks QP

I'll read those and see

I don't really know how to interpret an mds,if there is one available.
We've used it in the forklift before and the used oil analysis came back with TBN to spare at just under 500 hours. We don't get the used oil analysis though, they go to Kramer to maintain warranty and disclosed to potential buyers if we decide to sell.

Anyway thanks again.

Many years ago I ran some in the Neon once, it made for easy starts in the winter, but it never really came up on sale again so I moved on to other oils. I figured in the car, it wouldn't matter if it sheared to a low 30W, but I never had it tested.
I also ran it that winter in my old 300 Suzuki kingquad, it started also started nicely at -25C but then the clutches would slip a bit until it warmed up so I never ran it again. Now I am running 5W40 T6 with happy clutching.

Apparently hard to find in the "lower 48" (or 57 if you are a wicked smart president).

I haven't, but you know I would.

Where did you find that price? You got a decent deal, but if their regular price is double that, they're nuts! I'm going to spitball it and say you took a walk through Acklands-Grainger.

If my arithmetic is correct, that works out to less than 2 bucks per litre! That would be a good dino price let alone a 0W synthetic.

How many litres would you have to buy?

Great price on an oil that's a unicorn here.
If it makes you feel any better, I would have grabbed it too.

Are you taling about Guam, Puerto Rico and other US territories?

THere are many owners of diesel cars that run it. Not sure about a gasser though. Might be a little thick at operating temp but the extra protection might not hurt. It is a good oil though. Would be good for 6k OCI's maybe more. It has 1200 ppm of zinc and phosphorous IIRC.

Run with confidence
