Agreed. They are both extremely immature. Either could have acted like adults and defused the situation, but both choose to continue their juvenile tactics to egg each other on.

I agree. It's not a limited access freeway, it's a 4 lane divided road with left turns.

I can't argue with the legal aspect, but driving around while holding a phone and filming the surroundings is extremely stupid and ignorant. The driver doing the filming should have been paying attention to the road, not fiddling with a cell phone. The same driver also has an obligation to operate the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner; clearly playing with her electronic gadgets while driving is neither safe or responsible.
