He is clearly an aggressive driver. Not once did I see him flash to pass, just ride her [censored]. As annoying as slow drivers in the left lane are, if she was going the speed limit there's nothing you can do about it but wait. Once he got by her, he should have kept going instead of acting the fool. Any number of innocent people could have been hurt or killed due to his childish antics. Just because you hate cell phone users/inconsiderate left lane hogs with an agenda doesn't excuse him.
It doesn't matter who started it. In the 2 minutes the video runs either one made numerous conscious decisions to escalate the situation. This could have gone very, very wrong and hurt or killed any number of innocents. They are both very lucky this ridiculous situation didn't end in vehicular manslaughter charges.
So while I blame both equally, I have to admit that her Roseann Barr laugh and overall joy to see this guy wipe out really make her an odious person in my eyes. No concern for anyone's safety, just the euphoria of some twisted "victory." Disgusting.
