Record Surge in Past-Due Student Loans Adds to US Debt Burden

The whole thing stinks. From the top to the bottom. Universities have exorbitant tuition. They discount them for many/most of the students except the rich ones or students they don't necessarily want but if they're willing to pay the full boat, they get in. The government hands out student loans like candy to subsidize the universities. The job market stinks in many areas and the graduates can't get meaningful work.

This is a knee jerk topic and a lot of people here have no idea on the subject. I bet most people here don't even know our founding fathers addressed bankruptcy in the U.S. Constitution. I can school you guys if I'm allowed to speak. I'll come back tomorrow if this thread survives.
