Thank you for the help. The tool still works fine. I am just a DIY person and would use the tool now and then. In my case it was free. Just keep it services, hope it holds up, and if it breaks there is no support or off the shelf replacement parts. I was given two 1/2 inch impacts. Now that I know what I have, of the two of similar mid 80s vintage...the Ingersoll Rand would be the better choice to use. Parts can still be obtained for it plus the company still supports it. Ingersoll Rand were very nice in helping me figure out what I had.
