Powerstop Z17 rotor - is this right?

This Powerstop Z17 rotor is on a 2005 Chevy classic. Its been on over a year. The holes for the lug nuts seem too big. I can rotate the rotor slightly. Should I get rid of them or is it normal?

Rotor is centered on the hub, if you turn it it in both directions you should have play, but the rotor is still centered on the hub. Pretty sure with the wheels installed, lug nuts tight, the rotors won't shift on the lugs anymore. Supposedly the clearances are that way to account for thermal expansion of the hub assembly, just a rumor I heard.. See link below

You're fine, it's all one big happy sandwich clamped together by the lug studs.

This is why lug-centric wheel fitments are okay as well. (Opening a different can of worms, LOL)
 
Those are clearance holes, not fitted. They could be bigger or even slotted and will still work fine. Once the wheel is on and the lug nuts secured, it's clamped in place and won't move.
 
Thanks for the info everybody! I checked records and the Z17 geomet coated rotor pads kits have been on the car for 3 salty NH winters and approx 30k of short tripping. The Z17 pads were down to the wear indicators which did their job. I replaced with Duralast gold and left the rotors on see how they do for another couple years.
