Out- M1 5w-30
In- 50/50 blend M1 0w-40 and 15w-50

Curb throw away Delta pressure washer with a Honda GCV160.

Out : unknown. Was dark, but I've seen worse.
In: RGT 5w30 from the Autozone clearance hoard

Realigned the choke arm into the correct carb lever hole. Drained out all the old smelly gas. Bled the carb of gas also. Started right up and pump doesn't leak.

Just did another change on my cheapo Troybilt 29cc tb590ec trimmer. Out was Duron SHP 10W30 and the same went in.

On a side note, that little cheapo trimmer starts second or third pull when cold and doesnt miss a beat .

Cub Cadet XT3 GSE with a Kohler Command Pro CH680.
The dealer changed the factory fill out with 1hr on the clock when I bought it last month as it had been sitting in their showroom for quite a while, so this was still break-in time for the engine.

Out: Kohler 10W-40 syn blend and Kohler Pro Performance filter with 16 hrs.

In: Kohler 10W-40 and Kohler Pro filter

Did the inaugural oil change on my husqvarna drt900. Out was what ever unknown oil and I went PYB 5w30.

She was pretty dark and had the nice metallic break in.

Eagle TT90GE air compressor: Honda GX270 out-whatever black crap was in it, in-Mystik JT8 15w50 that I picked up on sale. Compressor out-very little oil, in-Oreillys Pure Guard ND30. Bought it used cheap and appears to be more than well used. Went thick on the engine oil as it will be used in the summer in 100+ degrees in the back of my truck with little airflow. Figured it couldn’t hurt.

5.5 hours on a First fill (new Inverter B&S generator) New oil is PP 5w30 and will run under 1/4 to full load for another 5 hours+ to finish break-in and then 5w30 PP. Ed

Drain plug removal on a Tecumsa (sp?) 6.5hp on a Toro mower.

Black stuff out. Overfilled with Walmart ST 30W. I will correct that.

NOTE: Read the back of the dipstick

This can be a place to post our latest small engine oil change. I guess spring time would be the best time to start a thread like this.

I figure it would be good to include the engine info, brand and weight of oil, and filter where applicable. Here goes mine:

Honda GCV160 on a thirdhand Honda mower.
Out: whatever was in there from prior owner. It was nice and amber color.
In: Kirkland Synthetic 5W30

Manual says 10W30 or 5W30 and I had leftover 5W30 from the Chevy, so g2g I think?

12 year old Ryobi push mower with 6.5 hp B&S. Dumped the frankenbrew of whatever I add to it each time I use it. Have to add oil every time! Usually 5w30 synthetic of some leftover various quarts or T6 5w40. Decided to start new and filled with FVP 10w40 conventional from menards. Hoping the 10w40 doesn’t get consumed as quickly. So far so good. Mowed 2 hours and still at the full line.
