This can be a place to post our latest small engine oil change. I guess spring time would be the best time to start a thread like this. I figure it would be good to include the engine info, brand and weight of oil, and filter where applicable. Here goes mine: 1954 B&S 2.5HP 6B-HS - 20oz. M1 15W-40 Gold Cap

2008 B&S 6.75 has shell 5w40 changed at 50hrs and does not burn a drop. Over kill but who cares about 20oz of oil.

Used Rotella T5 10w-30 in my 18hp Kohler Cub Cadet and my Briggs Pressure washer Also used GC in my 15kw 30hp Generac generator

Rotella 30w in: Kohler 10hp Magnum, Honda HRR216 walk behind mower, Honda 4 stroke trimmer, [censored] 7 HP Intek B&S pressure washer, [censored] 9.5hp Tecumseh snow blower. Easier using 1 weight across the board- less oil to store!

15w-40 in all my air cooled motors except the lawn mower which sometimes it gets what ever is left over from car oil changes it did 2 seasons on 5w-20.

Simplicity Javelin ZTR 20HP B&S V-Twin OHV 2+ Quarts Pennzoil Platinum 5W-30 Purolator PL10241 Filter Also got two new spark plugs, new fuel filter, cleaned and re-oiled pre-filter, and a wash/wax. I know it is overkill, but I paid more for this mower than I did for my first car. It gets fresh synthetic each spring (the manual actually recommends synthetic), Mobil up until this year.
