I just got 6 of the "various manufacturers PG4612EX" from Rock Auto. 2 came from one warehouse and 4 from another. Here they are, physically identical as far as can tell. I'll need to compare to the CarQuest premium tomorrow.

The CQP is a little taller and has a different shape gasket. Looks like same bypass valves in them. All of them including the Honda A02 have holes in center tube, not louvers.

I also picked up 2qts of clearance M1 Truck and SUV 5W-30 for $2.35 each since I was passing AAP on the way to food shopping. All they had in all flavors at that store.

5 quart jug of Mobil 1 ESP x2 0W-20 for a 2025 Subaru Outback Touring XT...Tokyo Roki 15208AA21A...first oil change at almost 4K miles and 6 months...

I haven't settled on this oil for all oil changes moving forward but I wanted to change the oil this week and this is what I bought...supposed to meet or exceed OEM spec, have likely ability to stay in 0W-20 throughout use, keep engine clean and not too much Calcium to adversely effect LSPI on the direct injected 2.4 Turbocharged engine...better (at least than other M1 offerings) protection against heat and protection for the turbocharger...

Great choice. The often overlooked ESP 0w20 is a sleeper oil. If I remember correctly it has a high virgin oxidation indicating the ester formula like esp 0w30.

I used there 10w -30 one time but cold not find the specs but the 5w 30 is 12. At operating temps. I'm all for thicker on a engine w/240k

$60 and change shipped, then I’ll apply for the $25 Delo rebate. After rebate $35 and change for 3 gallons of Delo XSP 15w40. Delo wants the shipping confirmation receipt submitted, not the order receipt when I called to ask if the 3 gallon bag in box was included in the rebate.

Did CRC IVD throttle body induction, didn't have throttle cleaner, so i soaked old toothbrush in cleaner and scrubbed throttle body plate.
