Last one on the shelf, but they did have TG3593A’s marked down to $2.93 though, PH3593A’s for $1.88 if I recall correctly.

Fram discontinued that specific model #. Now they say use the 9688 model instead.

Picked up the 6 XG3593A left at my local Meijer, they also had TG3593A for $3.59 and PH3593A for $2.09, but six XGs will take sometime to go through and I don't like stock piling paper filters since I don't trust cellulose notto embrittle with age. These are all old Ultras one is old enough that it's a " new 2-ply media" Xtended Guard.

I opened the Xtended Gaurd up, the date code appears to be from 2011, I can't make out the exact date, because what's readable looks like A10002, maybe one of the zeros is an 8 that's the center part wore from the can rubbing the box for 12 years, but it's 2-ply on the box, so it's an Ultra but was made a few months or a year before they renamed them from Xtended Gaurd to Ultra.

Was in Anderson today and decided to stop on Meijer, only two XG3593A left, one was opened, so I bought this one, it's an old Extended guard from the timeframe when they just introduced two-ply media and they were still shrink wrapping the boxes.

Well they tell you its rated at 20 microns but unless it's someplace else on the box same old problem evading giving you the real numbers. Probably should have said 95% at 20 microns.

If waited I'd go after MotoMaster OEPLUS European Premium 0W30 which is on sale now at $5 less per jug, exact same oil.
