Post your latest oil purchase or even filter.

Just picked up a Fram Ultra Air XGA11258 for my wife's 2014 CR-V. Paid $10 plus tax. Don't need it yet. Just changed the oil and the air filter codes just popped up on the MM after I reset. Already have Amazon cabin air filters for her car. Will replace both at next OCI which will probably be around July if I were to guess.

Some M1 0w40 and a STP 9688 variant oil filter. Looks First Nrands made. Going in and on the girlfriend’s Accent(can’t remember the year) tomorrow. If it rains I’ll do it Sunday morning.

Think she uses local tire shop that’s 4th generation family and good people. Anxious to take the old filter off.

On the way.

I picked up a couple more Champ XL oil filters for my 2005 GMC Yukon Denali 6.0...if I'm reading the date code correctly, all 4 that I have currently were made in 2017...3 have the dark gray filter can while one (the newest) is the silver can...all have the orange silicone ADBV and perforated metal interior...bought from RockAuto.com in the last couple of weeks...

$57.96 after tax for a case of 10, have been going through a tube every month or so. Poured over several product sheets (and member comments here) and JT-6 is the best.

Some Castrol GTX High Mileage Synthetic Blend for my 2008 Ford Escape. Walmart was sold out of all 5W-20 High Mileage except this and Pennzoil Platinum. Castrol is always my go to along with Valvoline but that’s just my preference. Nothing wrong with anything else either. I wanted to get the Edge but they were sold out of all of it except the 10W-30 so I got this. Love my Castrol products I’ve just always had good luck with them. I probably won’t change the oil till maybe two weeks since it’s supposed to be in the single digits here Saturday and Sunday.
