Post your latest beer consumption

I know this question wasn’t directed at me, but I think you should try some of the different varieties of Samuel Adams. As for me, my must have’s from Samuel Adams are,…
1.The original “Boston Lager”, it has been “remastered” and changed a bit, but it’s still good.
2.The “Winter Lager” is great in my opinion and it’s one of my favorites.
3.The “Oktoberfest” is really good and you should give it a go when it becomes available. (Late August)
4.The “Summer ale”, which I happen to be sampling right now on this wonderfully warm, humid day in Arkansas, is great as well. It’s citrusy, light, and very refreshing on a hot day.

Those are my 4 brews from Samuel Adams that I pick up from time to time. All of these, other than the “Boston Lager”, are seasonal and you’ll have to try them when they become available, but it’s definitely worth trying.
Cheers! 🍻

I’ll agree 🍻

Hey it’s spring you can’t drink that haha 😂. Kidding of course. I haven’t tried any Samual Adams stuff. Would you say it’s worth trying? I think they have an apple ale as well. If it’s anything like Redds I would like it.
Personally, I took my brothers advice and tried Cider Boys. Very good, IMO way better than Reds. Everyone’s tastes are going to be different or vary. Try each Blake and you will know what you like

Great list HemiBenny thanks. I’m fine that you answered too I know you’re a beer expert too haha. I seen the Summer Ale at Kroger recently and always see the Boston Lager. I need a good brew for Memorial Day coming up so might have to give one of these a try.

Another question for you, is there any reason people pour it in a cup from a can or bottle? Just something I’ve always wondered. I prefer drinking straight from the bottle or can but does it come down to preference or is there a reason why?

Because your sense of taste is enhanced by your sense of smell.
Just Google or YouTube, “Why pour beer into a glass” and you’ll find a lot of info on why you should.
You’ll also find that there are different types of glasses for different types of beer. I’m guilty of not following that part very well, but I always pour my beer into a glass, it does make a difference. Also, when I pull my glass from the cabinet, I rinse it out with cold water before pouring my beer into it. 🍻

I think that I’ll have a nice after dinner drink. Cheers everyone! 🍻

Finally found some of this in my area at Earth Fare. Having it with my steak and baked potato and corn on the cob now. And shrimp. It’s a very good beer I highly recommend it. So much better than those light beers my friends drink.
Yeah, that’s a very good beer. One of the few Great Lakes brewing beers I like. If you ever see “BELLS BREWING” beers, try some. They are good as well.
