I heard that song during my morning commute to the last day of my last job. I’m not one for dogging on previous employers. Lots of good opportunity came out of working there too. My wife found a local job. Her co worker told us about our house. We have met some great people we are glad to call neighbors. We conned some friends into moving down here a few miles away, and a previous co worker told me about my GSD’s breeder as his son has his full brother and a half brother.
But man, work was sloooooow. I really feared for my employment. I’m friends with a few people there yet and it’s still slow at nearly a year later. Who would have thunk orthopedic manufacturing would have gone slow or at least foreseen the slowness.

You ever (had to if you know this one) heard the song Silver Paper? I had a few MOUNTAIN albums way back. To me the finest one (recorded and played) was the double LIVE MOUNTAIN Twin Peaks that was recorded on a tour they did in Japan. Its got some of the best songs + it is before Felix Pappalardi was offed by his own wife! YIKES!

Always liked CCR. Those California born and raised boys sure had a great southern imagination when it came to writing songs.
