Please lie to me and tell me this is a fair price...

It seems a bit excessive to me. I think that P30 chassis is just a 1 ton dually with 12500 GVWR. I know they used to put way bigger RV's on them than they should have and they always sagged in the rear after a couple years. Like others have said they seemed to mark the prices of parts up 2x retail. Labor might be OK, I think they have drum E brakes and might have to pull the axle to get new pads on Hence the rear end service.

Pretty sure those had the e-brake on the back of the transmission.

Parts- They paid less than $30 for the pads and are attempting to charge you $85. The Brake Shoes are $25 and they are trying to charge you $77
The rotors are less than $100 their price.. Permatex is $8 and they are asking $33

IMHO they are double dipping too hard. I can understand the labor but with their parts discount that is way overboard.

Too greedy.
Yeah, they did real well on the parts... Ha!

The point is the company got a 2K job out of it, charging the guy $129 to tell him whats wrong with the same system they are repairing is IMO totally unfair.
Its like hearing an engine with a rod knock getting the rebuild job then charging a diagnostic fee for telling him the engine needs a rebuild.
That's just wrong on every level.
