I have a 2008 E350 N/A V6 that I have always used M1 0-40 on forever. OA shows essential zero wear at all at 160k.

I also have a 2016 Audi Allroad (EA888 gen2) that just ended Dealer AudiCare. Turbo DI.

Is there a good oil that would satisfy both vehicles or should I separate?

Keep using the M1 0W-40 (FS formulation) or Castrol 0W-40. Good for BOTH vehicles.

That is the European formula correct? So basically what I am already using?

I’ve also noted my Walmart has carried the euro 5w40 recently. Being in Arizona hot climate should I consider using that at all? Any real difference?

I run the M1 Euro 0-40 in all 4 of our vehicles, Walmart sometimes has it in the 12Qt cardboard boxes for a real good price per QT

Ok great thanks! I’ll just keep the OCI at 4-5k on the Turbo DI, and 10k on the MB.

Has Pennzoil Euro 5W-40 FS (GTL) been discontinued? I just never hear it being recommended on the board anymore.
It's rated MB 229.5, and my N/A V6 Mercedes loved that stuff here in the heat of FL.
Or is it just too expensive?

Would you guys prefer to buy a lower NOACK oil (DI40) or just stick with M1 0-40 and change it more frequently?

I tend to subscribe to the notion that you could put M1 0w40 into almost anything and not have problems. I just put some leftover M1 0W40 in my 05 Escalade that is supposed to have 5w30. The horrors!

Dude, you're gonna be picking up pieces of pistons and connecting rods all over the road if you don't get that stuff out of there now!
