Being a 93 it should be a 2 barrel TBI. A 305/350 is also a 2 barrel TBI. V8 engine/ECU should be plug and play using the original harness.
 
BIL just blew-up a 4.3 Blazer with 160k miles on it.

Leaked coolant into the oil or vice versa...both were nasty.

No, Tahoe was simply a trim package for the S-Series (pickups and SUVs) prior to 1995. It was the top of the line trim. The 2 door Suburban was simply called a "Blazer" and this was the "S-10 Blazer." AFAIK, the K5 designation only applies to 1991 and older models (old body style).

If the engine has overheated multiple times, I probably wouldn't offer more than $500 for it. At that price, it better be rust free. This generation of S-10 Blazer would rot out bad in the rear quarter panels, so check the entire rear of it for rust.

Yes, but also needs V8 throttle body, injectors, and possibly fuel pump.
