Oil recommendation: 2002 Audi A4 Quattro 6spd

Good afternoon,

Was hoping I could get your recommendations for both gear oil and transmission oil for my 2002 Audi A4 Quattro with a 6speed transmission. Car has 72,000 miles on it and no modifications. Climate it will see, is typical Alabama - with maybe a trip out of states for skiing this winter. Also I autocross it about once a month.

In your climate, 15w40 HD all the way at 5k intervals. Try a bottle of Auto-rx too.

Cool, will do. I've been wanting to try Auto-Rx for some time. Thanks for the info. And yes, 3.0L 30v V6.
