The tiny bit of increased viscosity in the same grade of oil will be nearly inconsequential in mitigating fuel dilution. Especially considering this is a Blackstone analysis and you don't know the real value of the dilution.

Well, I guess I'll see, won't know until I try. I have more faith in Blackstone than you apparently do.

Their indirect method of measuring fuel has been shown to be inaccurate many, many times on here. Sometimes wildly inaccurate.

They also have demonstrated a frequent lack of being able to properly measure viscosity.

*With my Kia and Hyundai vehicles I can choose the miles & months for the oil change alert light to come on ... With my 2020 Corolla I have no idea what the maintenance reset chooses (probably 5,000 miles / 6 months) . Neither Toyota (Corolla) or Hyundai (Sonata) and Kia (Seltos) have a true oil life monitor like GM has .
