oil filter flow vs filtration

I had to look that up with google to even know what that meant ..although ..I have seen some art that sort had those type of lines.

Bob, sure we can, and do, all that. It's only one element in the total scheme of things, though. This issue of filtration has had many lubrication theologians sitting around this little can with a question mark on it, pondering "Is nothing sacred?" and they want to know. Around here ..no sump is too big ...no OCI too long or too short ..100% flow is never enough and too much at the same time ..bigger is better ..small is more than enough ...no viscosity is too heavy or too light ..no oil is too expensive or too much of a bargain.

This is extreme, full contact, lubrication.

Here is a Mondrian that looks a bit more like Gary's chart.



I once built a model airplane and painted it in a Mondrian scheme. I guess I was a wierd kid.
