Thanks, I have those. Issue was I couldn't get the end of the tool to grab the clamp because of the distance and angle of the clamp, and all the other "stuff" in the way.
Not accessible from the bottom?
Didn't look like I could access the clamp from the bottom. I will take a deeper look tonight and report back.
I might grab them in metric sizes myself.

Yeah I got to researching them after you posted. I filtered for 3 star reviews at HF's website and found one guy saying they're soft and the teeth wore down for both him and his co-worker. Obviously, that sounds like more commercial use than you might accrue.
Channelock used to offer a fantastic pair like that but inexplicably discontinued. I have them and they're great but unless you sit around squeezing the hand strength things all day you're unlikely to get a bigger rad hose clamp with them. Better for heater hoses, vacuum hoses and small rad hoses.
He was after the much larger clamp under the easily visible small one.
Free is good and 12 point is usable. 10mm would be more better though.
I see that deep one is for Honda, says CR-V on it.
