The mobil clean 5000 is a good oil that holds up well, not to mention its pretty inexpensive. If you want to switch to an oil for higher mileage engines, I, and many here have had good results from Valvoline Maxlife.
Most of the major brands will do with oil change intervals of 3-5k.

stick with it.....best oil for the money....
