Name something you used to always do but don't/rarely do anymore.

The wife this morning asked if I wanted to keep some Trident gum. I told her probably not. It got me thinking that back when I worked midnights for the police department I always chewed Big Red gum on every shift. Once I switched to day shift I rarely had it. I have rarely chewed gum at all for decades now.

1. Installed points and used a dwell meter to set them.

2. Pulled the head off of my car engine and took it to a machine shop to have the head leveled and the valves ground along with the valve seats. Also, new valve stem seals installed. Could not afford to replace the car at the time.

3.Ran glass belted non-radial tires.

4. Used leaded gas.

Enjoy going to work.

Now it's like this guy

Running. I used to run at least 4 miles a day until my knee locked up some 12 years ago in the middle of a run. Took a week to be able to bend my leg again, been out hiking and other physical activities but haven't really had the heart to run since.
