I find many who knock California live somewhere that isn't that desirable......I have traveled to all 50 states BTW.

The weather in California is super great, the scenery is beautiful, and I'm usually glad to see it in my rear view mirror when I leave... But you're right, that is also the case for many other states or regions.

I could sell my house in California and pay cash for a house in Utah. It was a retirement move. If it would have "penciled out" I would have stayed.
Utah isn't the dream spot it used to be with population increases. But I still don't miss the extra 35 million people it has over Utah.

I'd call local dispatch and file a noise complaint. I'm all for a good party but two straight days is nuts.

Am I supposed to tell them my dog is annoyed? If the dog were in the house he wouldn't hear a thing. I can't have the dog in the house. When I'm outside I hear it, too.

My dog is currently sleeping... by my feet on the couch which is also my bed

Yes - measure the output voltage and the resistance of the circuit, calculate the resultant amperage, and compare that to the ampacity rating of the fuse, taking into account whether or not the fuse is designed to blow instantaneously or can tolerate short-term spikes or overages. 😉
