My neighbors have been partying loudly for 48 hours - not a question

At some point they need to sleep.
Maybe they found a new drug (song reference there too)
Would he blow a 1000 amp fuse?
Did anyone pick up on my song clue? I expanded with increased current referenced.

"And I went down to the demonstration
To get my fair share of abuse
Singing, "We're gonna vent our frustration
If we don't, we're going to blow a 50-amp fuse"
Sing it to me, honey"

Yes - measure the output voltage and the resistance of the circuit, calculate the resultant amperage, and compare that to the ampacity rating of the fuse, taking into account whether or not the fuse is designed to blow instantaneously or can tolerate short-term spikes or overages. 😉
...or, just plug it in and see what happens.

-Stones.

One of the greatest R&R songs ever.

A quick update.

I slept fine.

The corn dog did not cause any problems.
The corn dog was lubricated with mustard. No ketchup was consumed.

The neighbor's house is not an Airbnb.

The merry pack has up and left this morning. Word has it they drove into the city to attend the Outlands Music Festival that has been going since yesterday and which will end tomorrow.

My wife will be coming back this afternoon.

I stuck my head out of the window an hour ago. I could hear Cuddles peacefully snoring. I hope he won't catch me on the way out.

As Enid Blyton would say, "All's well that ends well".
