hey Paul where are the 55 gallon and 275 gallon tote bins out back??

I'd have to open an oil change shop. If I go that big I think I will order add packs and blend my own.

But that 5 gallon pail sure looks nice in my oil cellar.

Hey Paul, how about testing some Redline on the grill vs another brand? LOL

Yes, it would be fun, but I don't have a grill or even a hot plate. Can't do it in the kitchen. If I could figure out a way to do it I would test Redline, Amsoil PAO, and Maxlife maybe. Microwave won't work, will it?

I'd like to see all the different ages of Maxlife against one another. See how the vintage compares to the newer.

I think I know why the price of crude oil has skyrocketed!

We should tally how many quarts of stash all the BIOTG members have combined then compare to a sane person's stash level. Might be suprised. Could be 10,000 extra stashed quarts. I'll start a thread in the main oil forum.

Through sales to friends and more bargain buys, I managed to get the proportion of Valvoline in my stash much higher. Currently 199 quarts. Here is the main stash. Out of the photo is 12 GTX Startup 10w40 and 16 Pennzoil SL Synthetic 10w30.

TallPaul, how much of that oil will "go bad" before it gets used (assuming a 5 year shelf life on oil)?

I have 35 quarts of PP. That's good for 3 1/2 years of oil changes if I do them every 6 months.
