its 50 cases but maxlife somes in 5 quart cases.
Hmmmm, Maxlife synthetic I have seen in 6 quart cases, but regular Maxlife I have always seen in 12 quart cases. No wait, I think the Walmart deal with $7.50 for 5 quarts was 5 quart cases. Y'know, they really ought to call those 6 quart cartons half cases.
It fascinates me too. Too much in fact. I was just trying to get some 99 cent Synpower (after rebate) but the deal wasn't at my local Murrays. I don't know what I'll do with all this oil. Probably have to sell some off. Still, can't stop.

Well I may have to buy more oil. I just sold off all 16quarts of Pennzoil Synthetic. My goal is an all Valvoline stash. I have only 23 quarts left that are not Valvoline.

Sorry Pablo, It's just that I don't really have a vehicle that is worthy of the stuff. And to think, I poured Redline down through the oil-sucking Aerostar. Gotta find a better use for the Amsoil. Maybe I should give it to my brother to use in his supercharged 5.0 '94 Mustang.

Hey, why didn't I think of that. Maxlife is listed as 12-22% PAO. One quart to a 5 or 6 quart sump would get me (assume 70% PAO in Amsoil) to a 25-35% PAO blend. Good way to extend my Synthetic Maxlife stash.
OMG! and I felt bad for buying 20 qts of GC, impressive, most impressive. Do you collect beer cans, did but hd to quit I couldn't keep hem on the shelf.

Pablo, I soon should have a vehicle worthy of the Amsoil. I have money down on a 2000 Class C Motorhome and it only has 9700 miles on the Chevy 454 V8. What do you think, should I run the Amsoil in it? Certainly should not have leak issues with that low of miles.
I got the "no salt added" ketchup today at Safeway, the Heinz variety, I am thinking I am gonna run it at a barbecue on a propane grill,....

I got rid of the GTX, but added a 5 gallon bucket of Castrol Tection 15w40 (supposedly FAR, waiting to see).
I don't know, the Captain of the Exxon Valdes wasted a lot of oil, but a framed aerial photograph of a large oil refinery would be a nice touch.
I think Heinz makes a low carb ketchup, but then you get the salt. Initially I liked the Heinz better, but now I prefer Hunts. It's pretty expensive. Cheapest I have found it is at the Spartan grocery stores.
May run some Amsoil in the generator and the rest in the motorhome. Looks like pretty good stuff. Prefer the SL at HTHS>3.5, whereas the SM is HTHS at 3.2, Why did they have to go and girly-man their oil? At least the TBN remained the same. Wonder about the zddp though.
