Ford calls for 5W-30 in the truck/MGT version of the Coyote V8, but 5W-50 in the Track Pack of the MGT.

I’d run a stout 5W-30 Euro oil(Castrol Edge/PP Euro or M1 ESP) with a NOACK of 3.5 or a 5W-40 API CK-4 HDEO like Rotella T6 or even a mineral 10W-30 like T5. Any dexos2 oil would be a good candidate too. You have a truck, if you cared about MPG, you’d buy a Prius/Fit/Fiesta/Rio or a Tesla. **** CAFE - you’re operating your truck under hard conditions.

I don’t know for sure, I am assuming a better additive package.
US Edge is D1G2 approved and meets GF-6/SP. Edge Euro 5W-30 has lower NOACK, but is a “high SAPS” oil as an API SL oil. It does meet BMW LL-04 and one other Mercedes/VW approval.

The Castrol Edge 5W30 A3/B4 is MB 229.5 & BMW LL-01 approved, which is a tough oil.
It's "only" API SL because it has ~1000 ppm zinc (from ZDDP as anti-wear & antioxidant additive) which is a few 100 ppm above the ILSAC limit for a 30 grade oil, so it's not allowed to be SN or SP no matter how good it is.
