Was picking up some oil and filter yesterday and overheard an employee, when asked by a customer what "SL" means, the employee responded, "Standard lubrication".

Just thought I would share.

Good one! Road Runner was always one of my favorite cartoons! I remember when I was a kid my parents would take us to the drive in and they used to show cartoons before the movies.(Anyone remember that?) Road Runner was one I saw often.

After a few yrs of shopping at AZ instead of WM for my F250 PSD, I myself not being a mean person have come to the conclusion. The people who work at AZ are like the fine folks who work in Quick Stops. They work there for the fact know one else will hire them.

Now Not all of them are like this but most are, our home town AZ has 3 or 4 older employees that are very helpful and know their job. The rest? Well Dee Ta Dees!!! Not to offend anyone on these boards, but I only speak of what my eyes see and my ears hear.

Needless too say, I do show them respect, for the fact they could be like most and not even try to find a job or work. I have my own kids and family to support not theirs also.

I've gotta say, that's why I like my neighborhood Advance better than the AZ across the street. The people that work in it KNOW they don't know anything and won't try to pretend they do. Ask them a question and they just say "I dunno!"

When I saw the title of this thread the first thing I thought;
