Regular, or traditional semolina pasta, is made with refined flour. This flour has been stripped of heart-healthy fiber and nutrients. Whole-wheat pasta is made with the whole grain kernel, retaining what makes it most healthy and desirable.

Our family lasagne recipe came straight from Venice with my Grandmother, a totaly original 100 year old recipe. It get's made only for Christmas because it's a lot of work to make the sauce. Sorry I can't reveal the secret family recipe but I can assure you anyone who has tries it has loved it :)
